TrustFord opens its first dealership in Carlisle

TrustFord, the UK’s largest Ford dealer group, has opened the doors to its new dealership in Carlisle. 

The dealership, which is located on Kingstown Industrial Estate, includes New and Used Car, Commercial Vehicle and Motability Vehicle sales, as well as Aftersales and Mobile Servicing.

The new dealership is fully staffed with a knowledgeable and experienced team, many of which have been recruited locally. Mike Bell was promoted internally to the role of General Manager, in line with the dealer group’s ambition to grow and retain its people. TrustFord Carlisle also has a dedicated Motability specialist on site who has taken disability awareness training and is fully qualified to help customers, whatever their needs.  

The new look showroom reflects some key changes being made, offering an enhanced and relaxed way to shop and experience the Ford car and commercial vehicle range.

Customers can also take advantage of wider shopping choices including home delivery, phone, or live video appointments, TrustFord Now which enables customers to drive a used car or van home within one hour and Bring it To Me NOW, allowing customers to reserve, select and have a used vehicle delivered from anywhere in the group to their home.  TrustFord can also provide support for fleet customers in the area interested in discussing car, van or aftersales needs.

The new site also includes a 7-bay EV equipped aftersales workshop, enabling TrustFord’s trained technicians to provide service, repair and MOT on any make or model, including Electric Vehicles, as well offering Service NOW, which guarantees vehicles are serviced in 60 minutes or less.  TrustFord's industry leading Mobile Service operation, which already operates in the area, allows a qualified Ford technician to visit customers who would prefer to have their vehicle serviced at their home or workplace.
