All Ford Retail, all our locations are staffed by people trained to the highest standards. We're dedicated to giving our customers the very best customer service, every day.

In fact customer service is an absolute passion at Ford Retail. So much so that we have developed our own customer service training programme - Moments of Truth.

Every employee has attended this training to receive either a Ford Retail Diploma, or in many cases, an NVQ in Customer Service. Moments of Truth is a real first for the retail motor industry and Ford Retail is the only company in the sector to be recognised and accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.
