TrustFord named among the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™

TrustFord, the UK’s largest Ford dealer group, has been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™, ranking 37th in the Super Large Category by Great Place to Work®.

The recognition reflects TrustFord’s ongoing focus on colleague wellbeing and its commitment to creating a workplace where employees feel supported and valued.  A key wellbeing initiative is Smile, TrustFord’s dedicated Network Group, created to support both mind and body and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Stuart Mustoe, Chief Executive Officer at TrustFord, is also an Executive Sponsor of the Network Group, helping to champion its important work and support its continued development.

As part of its wider wellbeing approach, the Dealer Group continues to introduce initiatives that make a positive difference, including mental health awareness training for all colleagues in supervisory roles during 2025.

Stuart Mustoe, Chief Executive Officer of TrustFord, said: "We are incredibly proud to be recognised by Great Place to Work® for our commitment to colleague wellbeing. This recognition reflects the hard work and dedication of our entire team and the positive culture we continue to build at TrustFord. As Executive Sponsor of our Smile Group, I have seen first-hand the impact that initiatives focused on supporting both mind and body can have, and we remain committed to investing in programmes that help our colleagues feel supported, valued and able to thrive."

The UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ rankings include organisations who have succeeded in helping their employees to experience high levels of wellbeing in their workplace. To compile the prestigious list, Great Place To Work culture experts analysed thousands of employee surveys, assessing their holistic experiences of wellbeing at work through fundamental facets of employee wellbeing, including work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, and financial security. Evaluations also included an assessment of how well the organisation was able to deliver consistency of their employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.

Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place To Work® UK added: “Creating a culture of wellbeing requires deliberate leadership, strong values and consistent action that puts people first. The UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ List recognises organisations that take a genuinely holistic approach to supporting their people, across mental, physical and financial health, as well as fostering a strong sense of belonging.
