TrustFord celebrates opening of newly refurbished dealership in Erdington

TrustFord has officially celebrated the opening of its newly refurbished dealership in Erdington.
The newly refurbished site was opened on Thursday 17th August 2023 by Stuart Mustoe, Chief Executive Officer at TrustFord. Also in attendance was Sarah Brettle, Director of Ford of Britain’s Customer Service Division & Catherine Blee, Ford PV Sales Director alongside members of TrustFord’s Board and leadership team. To mark the occasion, the All-New Ford Transit Tourneo Custom made its’ debut at the opening.
During the official opening, Sarah Brettle presented the team with the 2022 President’s Award, one off the most prestigious accolades a dealership can be awarded by Ford and recognises the team’s exceptionally high levels of customer service and satisfaction, combined with a strong sales and aftersales performance.
The site has undergone extensive redevelopment - representing an investment of £350K, and now offers an enlarged and enhanced showroom space, with Ford’s ‘Signature’ corporate identity.
The dealership is fully staffed with a knowledgeable and experienced team, delivering an enhanced way to shop and experience the Ford Car and Commercial Vehicle range. The team recently achieved their Electric Vehicle Approved (EVA) accreditation, recognising their expertise in the electric vehicle sector.
