TrustFord celebrates official opening of Ford Pro Transit Centre in Bristol

TrustFord, the UK’s largest Ford dealer group, celebrated the official opening of its ‘Next-Gen’ Ford Pro Transit Centre in Ashton Gate, Bristol, on Tuesday 19th May 2026, marking a major milestone in the Dealer Group’s commitment to delivering the very best commercial vehicle experience for customers and guests across the region.

The new Ford Pro Transit Centre, developed under Ford’s new ‘Signature 2.0 Europe’ treatment, was officially opened by TrustFord’s CEO Stuart Mustoe alongside Elena Ford, Chief Dealer Engagement Officer at Ford Motor Company and Jon Williams, Vice President Sales, Ford of Europe, with representatives from Ford Motor Company, and members of TrustFord’s Board & Leadership team in attendance.

The fully refurbished Bristol site is designed to deliver a unique experience for commercial vehicle customers, combining modern design, advanced digital tools, and a fully integrated service offering.

Central to the state-of-the-art facility is a well-established team who are focused on driving the standard in customer care by providing great Transit product; finance, connected vehicles, mobile servicing and, critically, keeping businesses of all sizes on the road with minimal disruption.

During the event, Elena Ford also presented a cheque for £5,820 to Joe Hughes, Strategic Partnerships Manager, from Great Western Air Ambulance Charity, following TrustFord’s recent Drive For Your Community event, where £30 was donated for every test drive taken.  This was followed with a further £2,000 donation from Property Partners, SDE.

Speaking at the opening, Stuart Mustoe, Chief Executive Officer of TrustFord, said Today marks an incredibly proud moment for TrustFord. For several years, in the closest possible working relationship between sales and aftersales, we have been successful in offering a 360-degree proposition, based around uptime, to our major national fleet customers. The opening of our Next-Gen Ford Pro Transit Centre in Bristol reflects our commitment to redefining the commercial vehicle experience for all our guests. This facility has been designed around transparency, efficiency and innovation – ensuring we are always helping businesses stay on the road and ahead of their challenges. We’re delighted to bring this new standard of service to Bristol and would like to extend our thanks to everyone involved in bringing this project to fruition.”

The site features a modernised, productive look and feel, incorporating a real-time Uptime Hub and open workshop layout designed to increase transparency and provide customers with live visibility of servicing and maintenance activity.

It also hosts a dedicated Ford Pro discovery space, offering an immersive environment where customers can explore vehicles and solutions through interactive tools and digital experiences.

Elena Ford, Chief Dealer Engagement Officer at Ford Motor Company, added:
I am delighted to see the newly refurbished site following a year of hard work and dedication to this important transformation project. At Ford, our customers are core to everything we do, and we recognise that the way customers explore, purchase and service their vehicles is constantly evolving. I would like to thank everyone from TrustFord and the Ford family for their dedication to bringing the vision to life.”

As part of the celebrations, guests were also given an exclusive look at the All-New Ford Transit City and the 2026 Ford Explorer Van, both of which showcase the next generation of Ford Pro innovation and capability.
