TrustFord Carlisle Opening Soon

TrustFord, the UK’s largest Ford dealer group will open its new dealership, which is located on Kingstown Industrial Estate, in July 2023. TrustFord already operates a Parts Plus operation in Carlisle, but this will be their first retail franchise, bringing a jobs boost to the area.

The existing site, which has seen an extensive redevelopment - representing an investment of £500K, will offer an enlarged, enhanced, and relaxed showroom space.

The showroom will include New and Used Car and Motability Vehicle sales, as well as Aftersales and Mobile Servicing. TrustFord's industry leading Mobile Service operation allows a qualified Ford technician to visit customers at their home or workplace. 

Customers will also be able to take advantage of wider shopping choices including home delivery options, phone or live video appointments, and Bring it To Me NOW, enabling customers to reserve, select and have a used vehicle delivered from anywhere in the group to their home.

The new site will also include a 7-bay EV equipped aftersales workshop, enabling TrustFord’s trained technicians to provide service, repair and MOT on any make or model, including Electric Vehicles, as well offering Service NOW, which guarantees vehicles are serviced in 60 minutes or less.
