Career History
Stuart Kerr was previously Regional President for Volvo Car Corporation in Europe. He has extensive experience in vehicle retailing, including the successful launch of distributorship and dealership operations in South Africa. He is recognised in the industry as a proven achiever, with a deep knowledge of the sales and Marketing aspects of the industry.
Responsibilities
Long term strategy of Ford Retail; shareholder relationship with Ford Motor Company; provides dealer voice into Ford operational and strategic management.
Angus Brown

Career History
Angus has spent 42 years creating, building and managing automotive parts businesses within both the vehicle manufacturer and aftermarket sectors. He has 25 years experience of Ford and other marques within automotive plcs. Angus joined Ford Retail in 2004 with the objective of making it the No. 1 Ford parts distributor in Europe.

Steve Williams
Finance Director
Career History
After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Steve worked for two years with a multinational manufacturing company and seven years with Avis Car Rental. Since 1985, he has worked in senior management positions for a number of vehicle retailing companies including Lancaster and Dutton Forshaw before joining Ford Retail in October 2007 as Finance Director.
Responsibilities
Financial management, control and reporting, IT, insurance and purchasing.
John Roberts
HR Director
Career History
John's career has focused on multi site management in high street, out of town stores and pub retailing. He has worked in operations, marketing and predominantly HR and joined Ford Retail as HR Director in May 2007.
Responsibilities
Ensuring development and implementation of group HR strategy links to broader business strategy; Line responsibility for HR, Pay and Benefits, Training and Health and Safety.
Tim Bundy
Business Development Director
Career History
Tim joined Ford Motor Company in 1995, undertaking a range of roles, culminating as a member of the Ford team that set up joint ventures with a number of leading UK and European dealer groups. He moved to work directly for the Polar joint venture in 1999, which became Ford Retail in 2004 when Ford bought out the joint venture partner.

Long-term business planning and strategy, property, pensions and legal matters.
Bob Grant

Career History
Bob joined Dagenham Motors as Sales Manager and progressed through a series of general management positions before being appointed Group Sales Director in 1997. Following the acquisition of Dagenham Motors by the Polar Ford joint venture in 1999, his role expanded to control the sales and marketing functions across the UK. In January 2005 he was appointed Managing Director of Ford Retail's Southern dealerships and in December 2008 this role expanded to include whole Car Division.

Career History
Steve Joined Ford Motor company in 1985 and worked in a number of roles within Ford of Britain finance, marketing and sales before moving to Ford's European Operations in production planning and after sales roles. Subsequently, he returned to Ford of Britain as Director of Dealership Operations and Strategy and then as Marketing Director.
Steve joined Ford Retail in 2005 as Marketing and Strategy Director and most recently has set up Ford Retail's Internet Division.

Celia Pronto

and E-commerce
Career History
Celia joins with extensive multi-channel brand management and marketing experience, having previously held senior roles in high growth online businesses and multi-national organisations. Celia Pronto was previously VP Marketing for Livebookings, Europe's leading restaurant reservations and marketing solutions business with over 9,000 restaurants in 23 countries.
Responsibilities
E-commerce as well as all aspects of marketing; including brand strategy, contact centre operations, customer relationship management, social media and on- and offline advertising.
