Stuart Kerr
Chairman & CEO
Career History
Stuart Kerr has extensive experience in vehicle retailing, including the successful launch of distributorship and dealerships globally. He is recognised in the industry as a proven achiever, with a deep knowledge of the sales and Marketing aspects of the industry.
Responsibilities
Long term strategy of Ford Retail, shareholder relationship with Ford Motor Company, provides dealer voice into Ford operational and strategic management.
Steve Williams
Finance Director
Career History
After qualifying as a
Chartered Accountant, Steve worked for two years with a multinational
manufacturing company and seven years with Avis Car Rental. Since 1985, he has
worked in senior management positions for a number of vehicle retailing
companies including Lancaster and Dutton Forshaw before joining Ford Retail in
October 2007 as Finance Director.

Financial management, control
and reporting, IT, insurance and purchasing.
John Leeman
Operations Director
Career History
John began his career as a parts apprentice, working his way
up to managing Commercial Vehicle Operations. He
joined Ford Retail as Regional Director for Yorkshire in April 2005,
subsequently taking on additional responsibility for the

Jon Harte
Managing Director- @first Parts
Career History
Jon has a wealth of experience of parts businesses and the automotive
industry, having worked in every role within the parts department during his 30
year career. He began his career with Unipart, after which he spent 4 years
with Fiat and Alfa Romeo before joining Ford Retail. Having worked across a
number of franchises, and with a track record of success, Jon brings his
experience and ability to apply best practice to our @first Parts business and
Ford Retail.
Responsibilities
Growth and development as well as operational management and control of @first
Parts.
David McNamara
Managing Director - Aftersales
Career History
David’s
career has focussed on multi site management within retail and latterly the
motor industry. During his time in the motor industry he has worked in
operations, product development and most recently as the Group Product and
Service Director for Kwik-Fit, where he led a team to identify and implement
growth strategies across the group’s European business.
Responsibilities
Developing
the business strategy and direction of the after sales business; including the
implementation of group best practice, standards and customer service.
Celia Pronto
Marketing & E-Commerce Director
Career History
Célia’s background includes extensive multi-channel brand management and marketing experience. She previously held senior roles in high growth online businesses and multi-national organisations across a variety of industries, including FMCG, gambling, hospitality, travel and technology.
Responsibilities
E-commerce strategy and website development, contact
centre operations as well as all aspects of marketing; including brand
strategy, PR, customer relationship management, social media and on- and
offline advertising.
John Roberts
HR Director
Career History
John's career has focused on
multi site management in high street, out of town stores and pub retailing. He
has worked in operations, marketing and predominantly HR and joined Ford Retail
as HR Director in May 2007.
Responsibilities
Business Strategy and
Planning; Ensuring development and implementation of group HR strategy links to
broader business strategy; Line responsibility for HR, Pay and Benefits,
Training and Health and Safety.
Tim Bundy
Business Development Director
Career History
Tim joined Ford Motor Company
in 1995, undertaking a range of roles, culminating as a member of the Ford team
that set up joint ventures with a number of leading UK and European dealer
groups. He moved to work directly for the Polar joint venture in 1999, which
became Ford Retail in 2004 when Ford bought out the joint venture partner.

Paul Mac Niven
Non-Executive Board Director
Career History
Paul is presently Controller, Marketing, Sales and Service, Ford of Europe. Before taking this role, Paul was most recently Director of Programming and Distribution for Ford of Europe. He has also worked in a variety of Finance roles during 25 years at Ford, including positions in Product Development, Profit Analysis and Treasury, and as Controller of P.A.G. (Premier Automotive Group).
Responsibilities
Paul represents Ford Motor Company as the owner of Ford Retail. He is responsible for shareholder oversight of the business and facilitating the relationship with Ford Motor Co.
Angus Brown
Non-Executive Board Director
Career History
Angus spent 42 years creating,
building and managing automotive parts businesses within both the vehicle
manufacturer and aftermarket sectors. He has 25 years experience of Ford and
other marques within automotive plcs. Angus joined Ford Retail in 2004 with the
objective of making it the No. 1 Ford parts distributor in Europe.
Responsibilities
He retired from Ford Retail in
December 2011, but remains on the Board as a Non-Executive Director.
